FOR HOSTS

Your gathering. A Circuit Room.

Bring your people into a wider Society. Let Circuit members discover your Room, recognise them when they arrive and give your guests a reason to return.

Keep your name, your format and your way of hosting.

Core attendance is free. Hardware is a one-time purchase. Pro is optional.

Let Society find you.

Add or claim your Room, publish the details and submit it for review. Approved public Rooms can appear in Circuit for members to discover and keep.

Where member places are available, you choose the allocation and the terms. Circuit does not replace your door policy or promise a full Room.

Welcome people. Not another list.

A guest taps your Block or Room-configured Card with their phone. Or your Host checks them in using the supported door flow.

Circuit records the visit and shows the relationship they have with your Room: new, returning or regular.

Let the first visit lead somewhere.

Keep the next date easy to find. Members can carry your Room in their Circuit and return when the next gathering feels right.

With Pro, follow up with your own guests, share what happened and invite them back.

Give showing up something to lead to.

A priority booking window. A private invitation. A preview for your regulars.

With Pro, set Unlocks around participation in your Room. You decide what you can genuinely offer and the conditions for receiving it.

Keep welcoming the people you already know.

Circuit works for your wider guest list too. Non-members can attend and check in without downloading an app.

Your guests remain your guests. They do not become Society members or marketing subscribers simply because they attended.

More care for the people around your Room.

Pro helps you follow up, plan your next gathering and understand who is returning. The attendance record remains the foundation.

Questions

Do I have to run a members-only event?

No. A Circuit Room can welcome members alongside your other guests. You keep your own booking and entry rules.

Will Circuit bring me guests?

Approved public Rooms can be discovered through Circuit. The network is growing, and participation will vary by place, timing and the gathering itself. We do not guarantee bookings or repeat visits.

Do I need hardware?

You can start with the free attendance tools. A Card or Block adds a physical way for people to tap into your Room.

Does a Room Kit include Pro?

No. A Room Kit is a one-time hardware purchase. Core attendance is free; Pro is an optional subscription.

Can I keep my existing ticketing?

Yes. Circuit can sit alongside how you already take bookings. It records the people who actually attend and helps you recognise them when they return.

Do I have to host a Circle or Ball?

No. Your Room can keep its own format. Hosting a Circle or supporting a Ball is a separate agreement with Circuit.
